Sauce Industrialization Center, being operated full-scale by Korea National Food Cluster

The Sauce Industrialization Center established to develop and support the domestic sauce industry for the first time in Korea is holding an opening ceremony on November 1, after which it will be in full operation. Its construction started in 2016 and it has been under test operation since last August. It will support everything from sauce-related inspection and analysis to production of test products by connecting with business support facilities in the Korea National Food Cluster.

Please support the Sauce Industrialization Center that will stimulate demand for traditional foods by developing and promoting Korean-style global K-sauces using traditional fermented foods like cases of advanced foreign countries such as France (mustard and mayonnaise), China (oyster sauce), Thailand (sweet chili sauce) and Japan (Nobu sauce and Kikkoman).
